Gear pump volumetric output, power and weight specifications
To calculate RPM using cc/rev:
- RPM for given rate in Lbs:
RATE(Lb) / (cc/rev * melt density [use 0.8 * material solid density] * .13095)
- RPM for given rate in Kg:
RATE(Kg) / (cc/rev * melt density [use 0.8 * material solid density] * .0594)
Note: Actual melt density will differ. The factor of .8 is a loose average and will suffice for a rough calculation. Consult PSI for a more accurate RPM value
